The SuperBowl has some of the greatest commercials…ever and I was happy to see the variety and range of characters used in MetLife’s “Everyone” commercial.
Using cartoons is a great way to enlighten a bad experience such as planning for one’s death. The commercial has various cartoon characters such as He-Man, The Jetsons, Peanuts, Scooby-Doo and more.
One thing that people might not notice is right around 14 seconds you see Fat Albert being carried uphill by his buddies – HMMM could this be a hidden meaning. Maybe I am just overthinking this, but why wouldn’t Fat Albert just walk like everyone else? I have a feeling that MetLife might be implying something about obesity….
What are your thoughts?
