AMC Picks Up Second Season Of Comic Book Men

Despite starting off slowly, I believe that Comic Book Men provided comic collectors with a decent season. There was much debate over the main characters but I grew to like most of them after seeing them each week.  It must have sparked some decent interested since AMC has officially stated they will be renewing the TV show for another season. the second season will contain 16 episodes of the fun loving comic book nerds on TV. I watch the show every week and have grown to like it a lot. If you never saw an episode, I suggest checking it out. A very brief intro of each person is described below.

Each person had something unique that they brought to the table. Everyone knows Kevin Smith – I personally like him and his work. Walt Flanagan is the Secret Stash manager who sort of looks like a beaver. He is the one who makes most of the decisions in the store when it comes to buying comics from people. I kinda see the resemblance… What do you think?

Next up with Ming. I love Ming because everyone makes fun of him – Plain and simple. He is the guy that gets ripped on the most and it makes for great TV. Finally there is Bryan Johnson who doesn’t “work” at the Stash but is always there.

This guy is the most down to earth person on the show.  He has a good eye for certain collectibles and also rips on Ming which is a big plus in my book.
