OFFICIAL 2013 C2E2 POSTER Revealed

The official poster for C2E2 2013 has been revealed and it features Superman  leaping up in front of the John Hancock skyscraper where the newly invigorated Man of Steel dominates the Chicago Skyline drawn by famed DC artist Tony Daniel.

This is the first time that Mr. Daniel has ever rendered a picture of Superman.

Tony Daniel will also be a Spotlight Guest at C2E2 in 2013.

About Tony Daniel:

Lifelong Chicagoan residing now in the Northern Suburbs, Tony has dedicated himself to the creation of comic books. Starting off at Indy publisher, Comico, to draw the cult classic , “Elementals”, and shortly after that, Marvel Comics on “X-Force” and “Gambit and the X-ternals”. Tony then worked with the legendary Alan Moore at Image’s Spawn:Bloodfued before going on to create his own indy books such as, “The Tenth”, “Adrenalynn”, “F5” and Silke for Image and Dark Horse Comics. Going back to the mainstream, Tony has worked at DC comics since 2004 on books like Teen Titans and most notably “Batman”, with superstar Grant Morrison, before penning his own run for “Batman” following “Battle For the Cowl.” Tony relaunched the New 52 “Detective Comics” which he both worked as writer and artist. Tony has most recently taken on Superman in Action Comics, providing the art for writer, Andy Diggle.
