Comic-Con International teams up with Lyceum Theatre

Lyceum Theatre will host 3 Comic-Con panels July 19 & 20, 2013

 

San Diego – Comic-Con International: San Diego (Comic-Con), the world’s largest comics convention of its kind, added the Lyceum Theatre in Horton Plaza as a satellite programming room. Each panel will provide attendees with a small and intimate atmosphere. Panels will be ticketed with assigned seating and are provided at no extra charge.

Entry to the Lyceum panels will require a separate ticket, a wristband, and your 2013 Comic-Con badge. Drawing for panel entry will be held at 9:00 A.M. in the Autograph Area on Friday and Saturday morning. Each winner will receive two tickets and two wristbands. A second drawing will be held shortly following the 9:00 A.M. drawing for “stand-by seating tickets.”

Seating starts 1 hour prior to the start of the panel and lining up prior is prohibited. Attendees will be required to be seated inside the Lyceum Theatre no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the panel or your seats will be forfeited to stand-by seating ticketholders. Lyceum Panels include:

• Friday, 2 P.M.: Showrunners Documentary Film Panel: Showrunning: The Hardest Job in Entertainment? Panelists include Tara DiLullo BennettHart HansonBill Prady, and Jane Espenson.

• Friday, 4 P.M.: Nerdist: A Conversation With . . . Carrie Keagan will be hosting a conversation with a surprise guest.

• Saturday, 3 P.M.: Pinky and the Brain 20th Anniversary Voice Reunion. Panelists include Rob Paulsen, Maurice La Marche, and Andrea Romano.
