2012 SDCC Press Registration Opens April 2

COMIC-CON 2012 PRESS REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 2!
Thank you for your interest in applying for a Comic-Con 2012 press badge. Press registration will open April 2, 2012, however, you must sign up for a Comic-Con Member ID before you will be able to apply or register for a Comic-Con Press badge.

If you have attended Comic-Con in the past as a member of the press, you were recently sent an e-mail with your own unique Temporary Member ID code. To sign-up for a press Member ID, click the red button on the right and use the Temporary Member ID code in your letter and the e-mail address it was sent to.

If you wish to maintain your press status with Comic-Con, you must sign up for a Member ID using your temporary code by February 28, 2012. DO NOT SIGN-UP FOR A GENERAL COMIC-CON MEMBER ID. If you did not receive your Temporary Member ID e-mail, please click the red button to the right that says “Click Here to Sign-Up for a Member ID” and select the “Contact Us” button from the homepage.

Remember, you must sign-up for a Comic-Con Member ID in order to be eligible to apply or register for Comic-Con press badge. You will not be able to submit an online press application or register without a Member ID, even if verification is not due for 2012.

Please contact us at pressreg@comic-con.org for more information about applying. We encourage you to purchase attendee badges when they become available for sale, as there is no guarantee your press application will be approved.

Like past years, there will be NO onsite Press Registration.
